OUR Coffee
We don’t mess around when it comes to quality. Our coffee is always organic, third-party tested for mold, and our decaf is naturally processed using the Swiss Water method—no chemicals, no junk.
All of our syrups are made in house, sweetened only with 100% organic maple syrup or raw organic honey. That’s it.
You won’t find refined sugar, gums, or anything artificial here—just real ingredients, done right.

We’re proud to be the only mobile café in Middle Tennessee serving 100% organic, from-scratch food. Everything we offer—from what we bake to what we pour—is made with intention and held to the highest standards: always organic, non-GMO, and free from refined sugars and seed oils.
Our pastries are slow-crafted with real, long-fermented sourdough for better digestion and deeper flavor. We keep things seasonal, simple, and rooted in tradition, because we believe good food takes time.
