OUR Coffee
We only use organic third-party mold tested coffee, and naturally swiss water processed decaf. This means that our coffee is mold and chemical free, and the same standards apply to our house-made syrups as well.
The syrups we use in our coffees are made in house, and we only use 100% organic maple syrup and local organic honey as sweeteners.
No refined sugar, no gums, no artificial ingredients at all, ever.
OUR food
We’re proud to be the only mobile cafe in middle Tennessee serving 100% organic, from-scratch food. Our pastries and baked goods are held to the same high standards as everything on our menu - always organic, non GMO, no refined sugars or seed oils, and made naturally with real sourdough for added digestibility and gluten benefits.
